Super Chefs

Santa Fe’s finest chefs donate their time and talent in the Cooking with Kids Super Chefs program, where each chef is paired with a school. Super Chefs support the mission of Cooking with Kids at their adopted schools, acting as professional role models and sharing their expertise and passion about food.



Cooking with Kids Super Chefs work with older elementary school students at their adopted schools. Super Chefs roll up their sleeves and work alongside kids to prepare dishes such as vegetable tamales, fresh spinach fettuccine, and Moroccan tajine. The chefs share knowledge about the foods being used and demonstrate how to cut and prepare some of these foods.
