Fruit and vegetable tasting lessons provide opportunities for children to explore, learn about, and taste varieties of fruits and vegetables. Tasting lessons require no cooking and minimal food preparation. Students learn to use descriptive language, expand vocabulary, exercise choice, and articulate personal preferences.
