During the 2008-2009 school year, 4,400 students in twelve elementary schools are participating in Cooking with Kids.

• 3,400 students in 8 schools participate in full program: 16 hours of cooking classes and fruit and vegetable tastings
  • Agua Fria, Alvord, Cesar Chavez, Gonzales, Kearny, Salazar, Sweeney, and
    Turquoise Trail
    
• 1,000 students in 4 schools participate in 5 hours of fruit and vegetable tastings
  • Chaparral, Kaune, Larragoite, and Nava
• All 21 Santa Fe public elementary schools serve Cooking with Kids school lunches about twice a month throughout the school year
